Hoot Mechanical & Electrical, Inc. Founded in 1996, is family owned and operated. Dick  Bowers serving as president brought his sons Jeff & Alan into the business. Jeff is Job  Supervisor and Alan is Project Manager. They quickly grew to become the only Niagara  County based U. A. Plumbers & Teamsters IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical  Workers) mechanical/electrical contractor. We are also signatory to four individual IBEW  locals.
